How Movigo Coins work
Coins are credited only after a ride is completed — booking alone doesn’t earn coins.

Book a ride or delivery
Book with your Movigo retailer account on the website or in the Retailer app.
Step 2
Complete the ride
Coins are earned only when the ride is completed and marked delivered.
Step 3
Coins reach your wallet
Eligible coins are credited to your Coins Wallet after the ride is completed.*
Step 4
Redeem them
Use available coins on an eligible booking, as allowed by the app’s rules.*

1 Coin = ₹1
Coin value*
Each coin is worth ₹1 when redeemed through the Movigo app. Coins are a reward, not a bank balance, and can’t be transferred.
Up to 30 coins
Per eligible booking*
Redeem up to 30 coins on a single eligible booking, depending on your available balance and the app’s rules.
30 days
Coin validity*
Coins expire 30 days from the date they are earned. Your Coins Wallet shows when each coin expires.
50+ coins
Cash payout*
From 50 coins, you can request a payout to your UPI ID from the Coins Wallet in the Retailer app.

Coins FAQs
Movigo Coins are rewards for retailers who book rides and deliveries with Movigo. They are credited to your Coins Wallet in the Movigo Retailer app.
Book rides or deliveries with your Movigo retailer account. Coins are earned on eligible completed rides, and you can also earn bonus coins from your first order, weekly milestones and in-app missions. The coins for each ride are shown in the app.
After the ride is completed and marked delivered. Booking a ride on its own does not earn coins, and cancelled rides do not earn coins.

Yes. Coins expire 30 days from the date they are earned, and the oldest coins are used first. Your Coins Wallet shows when each coin expires.
Once you have at least 50 coins, you can request a cash payout to your UPI ID from the Coins Wallet in the Retailer app. Payouts are processed by the Movigo team. Coins can’t be transferred to another account.
In the Coins Wallet of the Movigo Retailer app. It shows your balance, your coin history and the expiry of each coin.
