Terms and Conditions

1. Nature of Platform

Movigo operates as a technology-enabled intermediary platform facilitating logistics and delivery-related services between customers, retailers, and independent driver partners. Movigo does not own transportation fleets and does not directly provide transportation services unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

Users must be legally competent to use the platform and must provide accurate, complete, and updated information. Movigo services are not intended for individuals below 18 years.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup, drop, contact, and booking information
• Ensure goods are lawful, safe, and properly packed
• Pay applicable booking charges and fees
• Cooperate with driver partners for delivery execution
• Avoid misuse, fraud, abuse, harassment, or unlawful activity
• Keep OTPs and account credentials confidential

4. Driver Partner Responsibilities

Driver partners are independent service providers. They are responsible for maintaining valid documents, safe driving practices, vehicle condition, timely delivery, lawful conduct, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.

5. Booking, Fare, and Payment

Final delivery fare is shown before booking confirmation and may depend on distance, vehicle type, booking category, availability, pricing logic, and operational conditions. Payments may be collected online through third-party payment gateways or through other permitted modes. Movigo does not store card details, CVV, or UPI PIN.

6. Driver Registration Fee and Wallet

Driver registration or onboarding fees may be collected after document approval. Movigo may run limited-time free-registration or trial-ride promotions for eligible driver categories, with terms shown in the app at the time of the offer. Driver wallet entries may be maintained for internal operational records, platform fee deduction, credits, debits, and transaction history. Driver wallet is not withdrawable through the app unless explicitly enabled by Movigo in writing. Movigo sets a minimum wallet balance threshold; if a driver's wallet balance falls below this threshold (including going negative from platform fee or commission deductions), the driver's ability to accept new bookings may be temporarily restricted until the balance is topped up above the threshold.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Bookings may be cancelled by users, drivers, or Movigo subject to platform rules, operational feasibility, fraud checks, safety concerns, and applicable cancellation charges. Refunds, if applicable, may be processed through the original payment method or another permitted method after verification.

8. Prohibited Goods and Activities

Users must not use Movigo to transport illegal goods, hazardous materials, weapons, explosives, narcotics, restricted items, stolen property, cash, high-value valuables, live animals, or any item prohibited by law or platform policy. Movigo may reject, cancel, investigate, or report suspicious bookings.

9. Location and Live Tracking

Location data may be used during active bookings for driver allocation, pickup/drop coordination, live tracking, route estimation, ETA calculation, fraud prevention, safety, dispute resolution, and operational reliability.

10. Platform Availability

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Movigo does not guarantee uninterrupted service, continuous uptime, error-free operation, real-time accuracy, or availability of drivers at all times.

11. Automated Systems

Movigo may use algorithms, automated systems, AI tools, scoring systems, routing logic, pricing logic, fraud engines, operational models, and optimization systems for driver allocation, fraud detection, operational efficiency, risk management, and service improvement.

12. Suspension and Risk Controls

Movigo may restrict, suspend, flag, investigate, monitor, or terminate access where fraud, policy violation, suspicious activity, abuse, non-payment, safety issue, unlawful conduct, operational risk, or security concern is suspected.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Movigo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, reputational, or special damages arising from platform use, third-party services, network failures, payment gateway issues, driver conduct, goods damage, delays, cyber incidents, or events beyond reasonable operational control.

14. Third-Party Services

Payments, maps, SMS, notifications, hosting, analytics, communication, and other services may be provided by independent third parties. Their terms and policies apply separately. Movigo shall not be responsible for failures, delays, outages, inaccuracies, or breaches caused by such third-party providers.

15. Data Security

Movigo applies commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data. However, no digital platform or electronic transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

16. Intellectual Property

All platform names, designs, logos, software, content, workflows, and brand elements belong to Movigo or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, misuse, or commercially exploit platform assets without authorization.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located at Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

18. Updates to Terms

Movigo may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Website enquiries and booking requests

Submitting a form on this website (booking request, contact, business registration, Network Partner application or franchise enquiry) is a request for Movigo to contact you. It does not by itself confirm a booking, open a business account, or create a partnership or franchise agreement.

• A booking is confirmed only when it is created in the Movigo system and you receive a booking ID. Bookings made on the website are subject to these Terms in the same way as bookings made in the Retailer app.
• Fares shown on the website are estimates for the selected vehicle and route. The final fare, any discount and applicable charges are calculated by Movigo when the booking is created.
• A call-back or scheduled request is not a booking. Our team will contact you to confirm availability, the vehicle and the fare.
• You must provide accurate details. Movigo may decline or cancel a request that is incomplete, false or appears to be misuse of the service.

Business accounts

• Business registration requests are reviewed by Movigo. Approval, business pricing and any credit or wallet facility are at Movigo’s discretion.
• The business is responsible for the accuracy of the details it provides, including GSTIN, and for the actions of the employees it adds to its account.
• Business pricing and benefits may be revised or withdrawn by Movigo with notice through the app or by email.

Network Partner Program

• The Network Partner Program is governed by the Movigo Network Partner Plan published on this website (English and Hindi). Applications are reviewed by Movigo, and submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
• The one-time Partner Activation Fee is ₹5,000. It includes a Partner ID and unique code, driver onboarding training, digital posters, QR and rate card, a partner dashboard / weekly report, a WhatsApp support group and city launch support. Pay only to Movigo’s official account; Movigo is not responsible for payments made to any other person.
• Partner earnings follow the Partner earning rate card and are paid only on successful, paid and financially settled rides of the drivers tagged to the Partner. Earnings show as Pending until settlement and are released in the weekly payout after the related driver’s wallet due / negative balance is recovered.
• No payout is made on negative wallet, pending recovery, refund, cancellation, fraud or self-booking. If a driver’s wallet due remains unsettled for 30 days, or the driver account is blocked, the pending payout may be cancelled.
• Each driver is tagged under only one Network Partner, and ride earnings are not split with any other partner. No commission is payable for onboarding a new partner.
• The Partner shall not collect fare or wallet payments from any customer or driver, and shall not change fares, discounts, app pricing or the rate card.
• There is no fixed salary, no territory ownership and no income guarantee. A Network Partner is not an employee, agent or legal representative of Movigo and may not make commitments on Movigo’s behalf.
• Fake documents, false tagging, fake bookings or misconduct may lead to termination of the Partner ID and cancellation of pending earnings.

Franchise Program

• Franchise enquiries are reviewed by Movigo. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee approval or the availability of any city or zone.
• The indicative franchise fee is ₹2,00,000 for locations within Indore and ₹5,00,000 for locations outside Indore. Fees are negotiable, and the final fee, payment schedule and any other investment are set out in the written franchise agreement.
• Do not pay any amount before you sign Movigo’s written franchise agreement, and pay only to Movigo’s official account.
• Movigo does not promise or guarantee any income, return on investment or payback period. Any revenue-sharing terms are defined only in the written franchise agreement.
• Use of the Movigo name, brand, apps and processes by a franchisee is permitted only under, and for the term of, the written franchise agreement.

Movigo Coins and rewards

• Movigo Coins, rewards, offers and their value are a loyalty benefit and are subject to Movigo’s decision. They have no cash value except where Movigo allows a payout through the app.
• Earning and redemption rules, minimum balances and expiry are those shown in the Retailer app at the time of the order. Information on this website is a general description only.
• Movigo may withhold or reverse coins earned through cancelled orders, fraud or misuse of the service.

Changes to these terms and programmes

Movigo may change these Terms and Conditions, and the terms, fees and benefits of any programme described on this website (including the Network Partner Program, Franchise Program, business accounts and Movigo Coins), at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website or the Movigo apps after a change means you accept the updated terms. Terms already agreed in a signed written agreement continue to apply as stated in that agreement.
